View your orders

Sign in to view your orders, then select your order to see its status and available shipment tracking. Use the email address you entered at checkout.

Checked out as a guest?

Open your shipping confirmation email and follow its tracking link. You can also return to the order status page through your order confirmation.

If you’re asked to verify your identity, use your order number and the email address or phone number you entered at checkout. Your order number is in your order confirmation.

Can’t find your email?

Search your inbox and spam or promotions folders for “Kingdom Coffee” and your order confirmation. If you still need a hand, contact our team with your order number and checkout email. Please don’t send payment details.

Tracking hasn’t moved yet?

Your order status page shows available shipping updates. A fulfilled order can remain marked “Confirmed” until the carrier reports that it’s in transit. Follow the carrier tracking link for the shipment details available from the carrier.
